do you mean, you tested this in livemode and determined the emails are not sent after waiting a number of days? Or something else?

Hi, yes. We implemented Stripe and checking the reminders, because the first invoices are now overdue

I suppose it's possible that we don't send reminders in this case and you can't "handover" the emailing to us. I'd suggest just handling the reminders from your own code , or writing to our support team at https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true with specific examples of the testing you did and ask them to confirm the behaviour with the product team and/or raise the feedback
