My question is how can bring back customer who is off-session for 3ds auth request
At time of instant payment there will be 3ds but at time of scheduled subscription and its first payment how will 3ds work ?

https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic
You can activate the send email to custmer for payment that requires confirmation, option
