Do you know if it is somehow doable on the Stripe’s side?
You can't customise the invoice layouts, no. You'd need to manage your own invoice integration for that.

Is it possible to add a dynamic custom field, e.g. ‘{Invoice.Customer}’ that would set customer id associated with the invoice?
