I did so and they directed me to stirpe support and stripe support directed me to developer-discord

But unless you are a developper who directly used the Stripe API, then we really can't help. We know nothing about how Shopify uses Stripe.

Yes, that's not a great experience. Sorry we really cannot help, since we know nothing about Shopify here.
I recommend reaching out to the developer who built the Stripe integration you are using.

It's not visible for our customers.

So when they checkout they only have the other options like paypal, twint (something only switzerland uses) and "on account"

Sounds like Stripe isn't correctly configured with whatever system you're using

ok. But your support said it is set up correctly. I'm not aware of the right words to use here but I try to explain: So checkout means for me the actions you have to take after you added the desired product into your shopping basket. Than you have to give informations to shipping and payment. And when you find payment options stripe is not one of them.

Yes, but you're not using a Stripe UI directly (Checkout, Elements) so I have no context what 'checkout' is and how it should behave

Then I'm afraid you will need to speak to Shopify. Your Stripe account looks fine (I can see you're processing transactions on that account from other sources), so the issue lies with Shopify

They build and maintain that integration/plugin, we have no insight into how it works or why it could break
