Can you share an example of py_xxx that you cannot find on your account?

i pretty much can't find any py through the search

through i know the payment is there and it has a proper pi_ a kollegue provided me with screnshots wher ei can see it even with py .. though i'm simply unable to search for it

ok seems to be connected to the connected state .. when i dive into the customer and take a look at payments .. i can see them in the list ... though nto by search somehow

So it's expected that you cannot find that py_xxx on your account, since it's on the connected account.

From the dashboard, no. But with the API: yes. Use the Stripe-Account header https://stripe.com/docs/connect/authentication and retrieve a charge with https://stripe.com/docs/api/charges/retrieve
