This PaymentIntent was created by a platform account on a connected account. Are you the platform account?

Yes. If you are the platform account and want to listen to events happening on the connected accounts, then you need to use a Connect webhook endpoint.

The platform currently have a single webhook endpoint, and it only listen to event happening on your own account.
