Could you please mention where did you find that you could somewhere be able to get the full account number in that link you shared?

in order to add financial account as external I need routing number (which I can get with api) and account number.

In fact "account number" property exists in financial account model. But its always null and "account number 4last" is filled

Ok, I found the answer, expand should be as full path to property, in my case it's
"financial_addresses.aba.account_number"
