This looks like Masterpass which should be deprecated by Mastercard in Europe already. Is it right or does this thing have compatibility with a new "Click to pay" solution?

This is more product related question, if you think that that link isn't helpfull, then I think it's not supported, but I recommend you again to ask support about that product feature
