Hi there, the 3DS verification is implemented by the issuer bank (i.e., the 3DS page that you see in the popup is developed by the issuers). Usually when the bank requires you to complete the 3DS via SMS OTP, you will receive a SMS in the registered phone number, and you need to enter the number in the 3DS page to complete the 3DS flow.
