You can't add options like what you are asking. The workaround would be to list multiple products in the page and do adjustable_quantity so the customer can remove the ones they don't want.

However, this may be somewhat confusing to the customer

Overall the thing to do here is to have them select the color ahead of the redirect

And then use the correct corresponding product for the Session
