Do you have the exact error message you get back from stripe when you try and connect? To my knowledge, the "Couldn't pair with XXX because of an incorrect pin or passkey" is not an error message on our end

Ah no I do not unfortunately, this device was out in the field and one of our techs reported back the issue 😦 @weak silo

But yea seems like an Android specific alert and not from Stripe

As karbi said, that error message is not something Stripe generates. I've written a couple M2 + Android integrations and, for the most part, these toasts are generated by the app developer.

I think that is who you would need to contact (unless you wrote it yourself)

One more thing

#

Stripe's terminal SDK requires that the Bluetooth connect be initiated by the app itself. If you attempt to pair the reader directly through the Bluetooth settings it won't work

#
