I'm not sure this is supported on Orders yet. But the product is still in beta and we don't really focus on betas here. I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team (https://support.stripe.com/contact/login) about this and they can provide you more information.

Hi Bismarck, I can't seem to add a receipt_email. I can't see the field here: https://stripe.com/docs/api/orders_v2/create

Ah I see, there's a seperate team for betas?
