We have the same issue, they are not replying and we have an issue we need fixed quickly

So frustrating, no phone number and no way to contact except wait for email response.
There should be the ability to request a call via the page
only if you log in, that is our issue, we can't get into our account

But the main problem is , They have emailed me asking me to Send ID verification. Then when i click on the link it says that they dont need ID verification anymore
but my account is still on hold
In this case the best thing to do is to email Support back on the thread that you have and ask for clarification.
