If the primary_account_identifier is empty, pass an empty string to canAddSecureElementPass() Are you passing an empty string?

Yes, I am doing that, but the PKPassLibarry().canAddSecureElementPass(primaryAccountIdentifier:) returns false. I was actually wondering why it allows an empty string to be passed in if this check is meant to see if the card has already been added to the wallet. Seems like some sort of UUID would be required to check the wallet for the card.
