No, I don't think that functionality exists, but our Support team is more familiar with what features we offer regarding email notifications, so you may want to double check with them:

One last question
In test mode stripe won't send emails, but I would like to test the scenarios when it will send them, and their content. Do you have any suggestion on how should I test it? Seems to me that I will be able to do it only in live mode.

I believe most if not all of our emails have the option to preview what they will look like beside the settings where you enable them.
Some emails can be forced to be sent from testmode from the dashboard (if they're being sent to the same email as the owner of the Stripe account), but my understanding is that those are more for one-off Invoices or receipt emails.
