What do you mean by " is not approved directly but after some time"? For card, you know right aways if the payment is successfull or not.

For card that's correct yes. And we don't have any test cards to simulate this.

This card always requires 3DS.

#

even if it was setup previously

#

So it's expected to fail.

You may want to use 4000002500003155 instead, that only asks for 3DS the first time.
