hi! I'm not really understanding. Are you using our Stripe Tax product or passing your own tax_rates directly to the API?

If it's possible to do with Stripe Tax, that would be great .. but if not, can you give us some documentation on how to do this with own logic ?

overall I've never heard of being able to change the tax rate on an in-flight PaymentIntent between when a card charge is authorised and captured, that's not something I think we support
