Hey Karbi, they asked us to verify identity, once we've done that now I am seeing this message on my dashboard

what is going on?
we've been using this for 3 months now

got an email says we unauthorize charge... we dont have any charges towards any customers that's unauthorized
in fact we have email/chat chain with everyone we've spoken to

we dont have any unauthorized charges.... we have chat logs with every customer
this is really ridiclous, so any complains I file will shut down entire stripe account for my vendors?
I'm sorry I can't help more - but really you need to be talking to support. We can't handle account-specific requests like this

there is no options to call me
they are literally shutting down our account and I can't even reach anybody...
If you're logged in to your accuont you should see a popup where you can select a topic and then continue talking to support from there
If that doesn't work for you, you can send them an email at support@stripe.com

There are multiple ways to talk to support depending on the topic/region you're in - your best option is to really get communication started with them and go from there
the phone/chat option isn't available
So then you'll have to use one of the other options
the only option is email :/
