It looks like the PI belongs to a different account

So the PI belongs to acct_1LcHRLGglgpvvdsb, which is a Standard Connected Account, while you are calling API on the Platform account acct_1JhT9jGZHiPbjQGL

You would need to use the Stripe Account header to access objects belongs to a Connected Account
