we can track the update when we change the connected accounts business name through the stripe admin dashboard. However, we see that the express checkout information (e.g. address) is NOT accessible as an accounts retrieve. We are seeing a disconnect between the documentation which says this is retrievable. I am trying to understand what call to make to get the address from the stripe connected account?

I believe this is expected, Express accounts don't display you the underlying account owner (aka Person object) details.
