I understand you're frustrated, but unfortunately I can't help with questions like this here myself as it's about your account
So what I'm explaining is that you have to talk to our support team using https://support.stripe.com/contact We don't have a direct phone number for you to call
If you use a third-party platform through which you created your account, they can also help you get access back I think
