I don't think we currently support multiple emails via the API. That's a dashboard only feature at the moment.

Okay thank you. Is this something I should talk with Stripe Support about, or are you certain two emails can't be used with the API in any way?

99% I don't think we support this via the API
You could check with support team to be 100% sure though
