This is like leave a horrible review and take it to corporate type of status. I have been waiting since the 16th for my money to come thru ive been in hawaii trying to contact you guys and I have gotten 0 response I need that money to be able to get home
complaints etc everything related to your Stripe account would be with Stripe Support. This is just a public channel for developers to ask programming questions
Nah I’m taking this further than you have lost my business by claiming 24/7 support and than you have to wait 24 hours to hope for a response when I’ve waited almost 2 full weeks

But unfortunately I'll reiterate what I said, this is a public developer community channel, we just help answer coding questions from developers. None of us here have insight into account related specifics, nor do we have any authentication mechanisms here.
The right teams to reach out are in Support. The only other thing I know is the heretohelp@stripe.com email, try emailing them with your questions.
