So you want to send money to your users? If so, then yes the only option is to use Stripe Connect.

Okay, and the flow of either lowering their invoice or paying out, would that work ? Or should I rather only do payouts with Stripe connect ?

So, their subscription is 60€, their payouts would be 25€, I should charge 60 via billing and payout 25 with stripe connect, rather than charge 35?

Like you said you have two options:

Don't use connect, and just reduce the subscription price to 35€. But this means that you can't send them any payouts
Or use Connect to actually send them a $25 payout.
