So it's been over 1 hour, you haven't gotten a callback, and the window just keeps showing the same interface?

I am informing because this has never happened in the past two years that I Had to wait 1 hour or Stripe to call.

Right, this makes me wonder if the website client is broken currently.

As in, Support is not receiving your request.

the number used to change generally but it is also not changing

I tried to login again, tried a completly different computer to login and request a call

Have you tried using an Incognito browser window?

this loop is what's happeneing for the past 1 hour

when I first requested a call, I got a call but the call eneded before I was able to pick it up for some reason.

and then I tried to request furthur call and haven't got a call back in the past 1 hour

#

the pin changes as it should I guess, but no calles yet

#

I tried to inform in the chat support as well to get a call back
