Hey @lament flume it depends a bit on the situation. What type of account are you using? Standard, Custom or Express?

Then they have to provide a bank account. I do think they can add a debit card for instant payouts but it's not something you can control as a platform. I'd recommend discussing your business model with our support team: https://support.stripe.com/contact

But while going through the onboarding process, I do not see any option for manually entering debit card

correct, bank account is required, no way around it. Later they can add a debit card for instant payouts under some criteria (which our support team can clarify)
