How much to hire though? I just need someone to look over the code and see why it may not be showing the form and if Support can't do that, then what can they even do?

I am trying with the Wix developer and am waiting on them to get back to me. however with the problem only taking place when switching to live mode, it tells me that could very well be a misstep in the Stripe coding or in their interpretation of it.

hello! stepping in, just to set the right expectation, Stripe is a developer intensive integration and Support can't always come in to help address coding issues. Integrations are very specific and can be written/architected in any number of manners.
That said, I can have a look but really, if you have a developer, this would be something they would have much more insight on, than us. Looking

an interesting development that has taken place is that in creating some dummy accounts, I realize that the only account it does this for is mine
