You can set up your account emails to send on successful payments here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/emails

This will send an invoice successful payment email as well

For failures, you can send reminders to customers if the invoice hasn't been paid via: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic

I think "Invoicing Starter"? I'm not honestly sure on fees/pricing stuff as I focus on the API. You may want to talk to our Support team (https://support.stripe.com/contact/login) if you have questions on that stuff.
