Okay, well Stripe does not handle fulfillment for you. We don't "send" anything to customers. That said, the first "item" above was a livemode PaymentIntent. However the payment attempt there failed (expectedly) since you were using a test card. The second "item" was in testmode and did succeed, but like I said, we don't handle sending anything. You build your own fulfillment integration.
