No, actually Its easy to setup a stripe account and activate payments.

But I am not sure about what are the requirements that a website must have in order to avoid future interruptions

Like I have heard that I must have a privacy policy page but I wanted to know full details about the requirements that a website has to fullfill in order to avoid future interruptions
