We have website where we need to integrate Id- verification system but it must include KBA process( its a process of set number of questions asked from users)

We don't integrate with that directly, no. We have our own onboarding/verification process for accounts

If you're using Connect and creating connected accounts, then we have a hosted 'verification' process that you can use yes

But that's for us to verify the user – not for you to verify them

Otherwise you can integrate Identity as a mean to verify users for whatever purpose in your own system
