hello, this is expected that you can add the same card multiple times to the same Customer. There is no deduplication that Stripe performs

I understand the same card can be added to a Customer. The oddity is that when providing a Customer that already has a default payment method, the payment method is populated into the invoice as expected. However, following payment the payment method is attached again. Meaning that each time an invoice is paid, the payment method will be attached. This leads to the same payment method being attached repeatedly to the Customer.
The second question refers to a limit on the number of customers that can be created.
