that particular request appears to have succeeded, is there more context on this content-type error like the exact error or a screenshot or something?

I tried to look at the https://*******/uploads/admin/form_files/apple.png image you provided in that API call but your server appears to be down.

I believe the link you're setting for the images needs to be public. otherwise checkout won't be able to access it either.
Have you tried changing it to a different/public link and see if that worked?
