This payment went well and our side worked.

This one failed. it was charged but no success response to our side so our side doesn't start working. (saving to database).

well you don't listen to webhooks, which is required

#

so sometimes this will happen since the customer might close their browser or so on, you can't rely on client side code, you are required to listen to webhooks to update your database for succesful payments.
