no known issue I'm aware of. I'd just keep restarting the device and maybe reach out to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true if you keep having a problem. I assume your integration works for other readers you've tested with?
Yes, it only occurs for this particular device. We've been retrying regularly for several days, but the result is still the same
then yeah I'd suggest writing to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true, there is a way to factory reset the device as a last resort but it has some involved steps I can't really explain here
