Can you share the request ID for a capture request with this behavior?

I would've thought that the amount to hit my account would be ~170 - 24 (fees) = 146, but the actual amount was under 100

I'm a little confused in the numbers you are referencing. I"m seeing
application_fee_amount: "17090",
amount_to_capture: "95044"
Oh, you mean with the Stripe fees?
Unfortunately we don't know much about how the Stripe fees are assessed here. You can find people much more knowledgable about those by reaching out to Support

those amounts are correct, but they're simply not what I'm seeing coming into my account, which I find strange
