Hi 👋 the scenario that you're describing would use our Connect product, and in that approach your Platform account will create a Transfer to your Connected accounts (sellers).

Your Connected Accounts will then receive Payouts from their account's Stripe balance to their associated External Account (bank account or debit card). It is not possible to pay out to a Paypal account.

Yes, for Connect scenarios you will need to create an account for each of your sellers, and the type of account that you want to create is dependent on the model that you want to build.

The fund flow is slightly different for each charge type, so I would recommend reviewing the documentation for each one to get a better understanding of that.
