There's no payment_intent.succeeded events sent because you only registered a Connect webhook endpoint, not Account webhook endpoint.

And the account that created pi_3LZBOmJLXiG5XHju0nO6rKcT is not connected to your platform account, that's why the Connect webhook endpoint that you created in platform didn't get notified.
