Stripe Bubble Plugin is not supported by official Stripe. You likely want to reach out to Bubble team as we do not have visibility about how they implement the plugin

hello @hazy spire but we can clearly see on our dashboard the error from Stripe; it is to easy to say that this is not coming from you guys; and Bubble is not reachable before this afternoon; what am I supposed to say to our customers in the meantime ?

Sorry that we can't help much here as we don't know how Bubble integrates with Stripe. Given from the screenshot you shared, it's likely that the request sent from Bubble plugin to Stripe has an invalid parameter in the request.

Could you share the request ID (req_xxx) of the error in this screenshot? What we could do is to identify what went wrong in this request, so that you could forward the information to Bubble for them to debug further and fix on their end.
