actually I am using on behalf of for multicurrency payments

want to add a delay to that transfer

You can consider using separate charges and transfers. There will be 2 separated requests and you can control the time sending out transfers yourself

actually I am using full service type agreements and it doesn't allow cross border payments

let me explain my scenario
we have our platform account of US
seller registered in our system from Australia and buys our subscription
the seller then invite another seller
when the invited seller also buys our subscription we have to transfer some % to old seller who referred
but we want to add some delay in that transfer just to wait for new seller to wait for few days if the new coach is happy or want to leave us earlier and wants his money back

yes they are configured as connected accounts with full service type agreement
