It's repetitive. I've tried on our UK account too (e.g. req_2o277NykWGVsgY). All requests are returning same response.
We need a way to initiate this kind of refunds from our platform. Do you have any advice of what we should do?

exactely. Moreover the refund appears in the Customer Refunds list but not in the Transactions list (inside the customer cash balance details)

So appears this issue is only on test mode
Hi thanks, that's also what we observe. Likely in Test mode an internal object status was moved immediately which would never occur in Live mode
I am talking with our internal eng team and we located the issue. I will get back in email regarding future update. But are we safe to assume this is not blocking your business?
We will now complete the refund process to complete this test. For now, on live mode all looks good so I'd say we are not blocked 👍
