What exactly do you mean by "how reliable"?
What are you thinking about using that hash for?
Mostly it will be based upon what the merchant tells the card network and the card network tells us. So for instance the network_id should be pretty reliable. But the name would not necessarily be.
I'm mostly assuming you mean "reliable" as in "consistent" here

Yep, consistent is a better phrasing.
I wanted to possibly generate receipts from it since (if) consistent, has all necessary data to do so

Yeah the hash should be present with info so I think it would work for receipts!
