How does one setup dummy tax registrations?
Since the account is not activated, there's no button about Stripe tax being on/off.

You should be able to add them in the Dashboard here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/tax

Oh, you probably need to go to More > Tax and then press the Get Started button.
