canMakePayment keeps returning null, even though the connected account even though it has ApplePay and GooglePay enabled under Payment Methods. No SSL issues.
This connected account is only on Test mode side of things, nothing on Live. Is this the reason?

For google pay you need just to have a card in your wallet to see the button
and for Apple pay you need to reigister you domain in live if you are willing to work on both env
