Hi, able to find anything?

hallow spire
#

sorry lots of conversations in parallel but I'm looking into it

worldly saffron
#

no worries, thanks foor your time

hallow spire
#

okay sorry, back

#

trying to grasp where the proration is but looking

#

so the first invoice is for $0 for the trial period so no proration. That's when proration_behavior applies

#

So the problem is with in_1LNT1xFy5NDUWyjPkF0MZPEZ right?

#

cc @worldly saffron is that the issue?

worldly saffron
#

yes that's the issue

#

I would expect the proration_behavior to apply to the entire phase whether it's a trial invoice or not

hallow spire
#

okay damn sorry this confused me (and multiple people on my team) but basically that's how it works really

#

When you do that phase you have a trial for X days. If the Price is for a month, then you have "1 month - X days" left on that Price and so it will always prorate

#

it's not possible to disable proration in that case.

#

Let's take an example: August 17 start, 5 days trial ends on August 22. Do you expect the thing to end on September 17 or September 22?
