Hello, is the main component you are trying to figure out how to schedule the subscription to start as the other one ends?
This actually may be a good use for subscription schedules. With a subscription schedule, you can keep this all on one subscription and just specify when they should move from monthly to yearly https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/subscription-schedules/use-cases#upgrading-subscriptions

The important thing is that I want the user to pay for the pricing plan they want to use immediately when they change a subscription. For example, if the user wants to move from monthly to yearly, he/she must pay for the yearly pricing plan first and wait for the monthly subscription to expire. Is that possible?

Good question. I think you could do that but it might take some custom code outside of our subscriptions and schedules
We do support waiting for payments to apply changes but I don't think there is a way to schedule changes and then charge up front
So you may have to create a one-off invoice yourself and then when they pay make a schedule that will transition them to the yearly price at the end of the month but with a 1 year free trial or something
