Hello ๐Ÿ‘‹
Apologies for the delay
taking a look now

Hey Hanzo. Sure.

Unfortunately, I don't think you can customize the portal in such way at the moment.
You could show them a warning before redirecting them to portal?

quasi drift
#

Oh but wouldn't customers just click it out of curiosity? And it would be premature to show them there?

So If I click on cancel plan, it asks me this

#

I have the cancel subscriptions set to cancel at billing period end

quasi drift
#

Yes but upon clicking the "Cancel plan" button in the above screenshot, is there chance to show any prompt?

stone laurel
#

There isn't unfortunately. The text there is clear enough that their plan will be cancelled so their access might be revoked at the end of billing period.

#

If you're cancelling immediately, then it would say so in the text too.

That's fine but sometimes it would make sense for them to take backup of data right as some might assume data to be present?

Hello, hanzo had to step out but I can help out

#

I am a bit unclear on your last question, can you rephrase it a bit? What data are we talking about backing up?

quasi drift
#

For instance in my specific case, we are building a SaaS product to compose & send emails. Here users import contact list via the dashboard & also insert via APIs

In case a subscription is being cancelled, the user might think that the data would still be there though they can't perform any actions right? But in my case, we clear contact list upon deletion

tall panther
#

Gotcha, so are you essentially asking if we can add another "Are you sure you want to cancel?" here?

quasi drift
#

Actually need an option to say "Contacts will be deleted post cancellation. The changes cannot be restored. Are you sure you want to cancel? "

#

So an option to customize the prompt would be much more convenient
