Sorry, i'm hired by a company to evaluate how stripe works and just started of. Well, will you take fees when a customer buys a subscription altough i've set a trial period for 1 month?

Nope, only on actual recurring payments resulting from the subscription. Not on any zero amount payments: https://stripe.com/billing/pricing
