Redirect payment methods refer to PMs that require a redirect to a separate interface. In these cases the return_url is where your users will be redirected once they complete the redirect PM (like Klarna for example).

Some people design their integrations to do certain actions when a user visits their return URL and they want to always redirect the user so they can be sure these actions occur
