Yeah, there are a few ways to do this. Are you wanting to take an amount off of charges you create on behalf of the connected account? Or simply charge a flat fee and pull it from their account balance?

There's a request board upon which the connected account(open source project) could put a request for a task. They need to set aside some money they've already received for it. The platform will act as an escrow till the request is completed by a contributor. Platform takes a fee, passes the rest to the contributor and some back to the open source project as well(depending on who initiated the request).
